By downloading or using AURA AI (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

AURA AI provides AI-driven personal grooming and hair advice. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the information you provide. You must not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the privacy of others. Specifically, you are strictly prohibited from uploading photos containing:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Violence, self-harm, or graphic content.
• Harassment or hate speech.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

2. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy

The advice, styling recommendations, and analysis provided by AURA AI are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, please be aware that:

• AI Can Make Mistakes: Artificial intelligence is a developing technology and may occasionally generate inaccurate or unexpected results.
• Photo Quality Matters: Results depend heavily on the quality, lighting, and angle of the uploaded photo. For best results, use a clear, well-lit front-facing portrait.
• No Professional Advice: Recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional grooming, medical, or styling advice.
• Assumption of Risk: We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the AI output.

3. In-App Purchases and Tokens

AURA AI uses a token-based system for premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Tokens are non-refundable once used for an analysis. We reserve the right to change pricing or token requirements at any time.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and photos. We respect your right to privacy and ensure that all your personal data and uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our systems upon account deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to AURA AI. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. Termination and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time within the app's settings, which will purge all your data from our systems.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
